Spotlessly clean, hip new hotel with good location in a quiet area. Modern and marvellous breakfast selection with good coffee. Location next to very authentic Chinese restaurant, and the dive center. Really had pleasant stay for the night on a lengthy trip...

the hotel provided a great experience during our recent stay in siegburg. the outdoor pool complex was clean and enjoyable, and having the room nearby for a shower and rest was convenient. the location was also ideal, being close to the club we attended at night and easily accessible to public transportation. overall, it exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning in the future.

Great value for money in the area of Bonn.

The hotel is very nice, modern, clean and a good value for money. Offers different types of rooms, however even if you stay in the basic one (French), the room is still very nice. If the weather is nice, waterpark is really a great attraction for the whole family as you can access it directly from the hotel free of charge. Note that the indoor pool is closed in summer.

We have booked a suite after checking on Booked.net website, as well as the hotel website that such room was available. We got a confirmation of booking. However on arrival we were placed to a comfort double without any warning. We had to explain to hotel staff 3 times that the room we requested is not a suite and only when we showed the room photos on the website the staff accepted that we were actually given a suite. The price was finally adjusted, however the staff didn't seem to regret for what happened, they just told that the suites were all booked and not available. No compensation was offered. We were happy with the comfort double as the room was very nice and spacious, but we didn't like the staff attitude.

I had a fantastic stay at the Friendly Cityhotel Oktopus. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area and the access to the sauna. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as slow replenishment of breakfast items and a short wait for check-in, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable location, easy to get around Siegburg by a motorway located not far from the hotel. Truly enjoyed the really quiet area

Every-thing was excellent, especially the staff! No complaints at all!

We have stayed at this hotel three times now, usually on the way to or from the Czech Republic. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly and the rooms are modern and clean. Can't fault it. At our arrival last time our room was not yet ready, so we were asked to wait in the lobby, while they worked on it and received a complimentary drink - which was very sweet from the hotel staff. Unfortunately - there is a Fire Station nearby and if the sirens go off, it sounds like you should run for your life. Can be scary, but nothing the hotel can do about it. In summary - we will be staying there again and again. By the way, worth trying the Mongolian/Chinese Restaurant across the road. Tastes good and is great value for money.

My room was air-conditioned and well-equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. the hotel was next to shops, restaurants, and the Oktopus. - I tried some drinks at the Siegburger Brauhaus bar, which was located a 10-minute walk away.

Friendly staff. Very good hotel position in case you travel from central Europe to UK.
